From humble beginnings to a movement for change

The Beginning of a Vision

Fabulous Minds Women Initiative (FMWI) was founded in 2018 by a group of passionate women professionals who recognized the untapped potential in their communities. Witnessing the challenges faced by women and girls—from limited access to education and healthcare to economic disparities and cultural barriers—they envisioned an organization that would address these issues holistically.

What started as small community gatherings and mentorship sessions has grown into a comprehensive organization running multiple programs across different regions. Our founders believed that when women are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and support, they become powerful agents of change in their families and communities.

Today, FMWI continues to build on this foundation, adapting to emerging needs while staying true to our core mission of empowering women and girls to live healthy, confident, and purposeful lives.
